"Bend Or Break"
I was going through my photos to select some shots for printing, and when I came across this one I suddenly realized I should do a black and white version of it. Personally I think it's much stronger and more dramatic in black and white and I'm happy I came across it and gave it a shot. You can check out the result below, see what you think (and let me know if you feel like it).

Definitely more dramatic in b&w, maybe because of the darker sky... I like the ascending line very much in the bw version
Thank you for your comment. I think you're right about the darker sky. Partly because the top dark third of the sky balances nicely with the dark lower third and partly because the two darker parts kind of "frame" the tree which also stands out a bit more against the lighter part of the sky.
